These terms govern your use of My Finance (the "app"), operated by MJR Trades ("we", "us"), available at getmyfinance.app and on Google Play. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
My Finance is a personal finance tracking tool. It does not connect to your bank — you import transactions yourself from a CSV file exported from your bank's internet banking, or enter them manually. You can also use the app without an account, in which case your data is kept only in your browser.
Creating an account lets your data sync across devices and, on Pro, be shared with another household member you invite. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, and for what you choose to enter into the app. You can delete your account and its data at any time from Settings.
My Finance offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan. Pro is billed at $4.99/month or $39.99/year, NZD, incl. GST, processed by Stripe. You can cancel at any time; your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. We don't offer prorated refunds for a partial billing period.
Don't use My Finance for any unlawful purpose, or try to interfere with or gain unauthorised access to the app or other users' data.
My Finance is a tracking and organisation tool. Nothing in the app constitutes financial, tax, or investment advice. You're responsible for decisions you make based on the information you enter.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app, including loss of data you have entered.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
